
Sir Tiffah is a Change Agent for Future Families and a Field Research Assistant with the Global Health Research Group on Disrupting the Cycle of Gendered Violence and Poor Mental Health among Migrants in Precarious Situations, working at the intersection of migration, mental health, and gender-based violence in Musina, South Africa.
Tiffah is a dedicated community development practitioner, paralegal, and advocate for migrant and child rights based in Musina, South Africa. He serves as a Change Agent for Future Families under the IOM Knows No Borders SRHR-HIV program, where he supports vulnerable and mobile populations, particularly around issues of health, gender-based violence, and access to services.
In addition, Tiffah is a Field Research Assistant with the Global Health Research Group on Disrupting the Cycle of Gendered Violence and Poor Mental Health among Migrants in Precarious Situations, contributing to ethical, inclusive research that centres the lived realities of both cross-border and internal migrants. His work includes community engagement, reflections, and research support, shaping better service delivery models and policy responses.
Tiffah also holds leadership positions as Chairperson of the Musina NGO Forum and Co-Chair of the Musina Local AIDS Council. His approach combines compassion, field experience, and advocacy to promote dignity, justice, and wellbeing in migrant communities.
